assalamualaikum, I would like to ask you some questions pertaining Islam, idk whether you're a 17 year old girl like me, or much more knowledgeable, but it would be nice if you would have the answer to my question. Why as Muslims, we call ourselves slaves of god? Christians consider themselves as beloved people/children of god. This is a question posted by my Christian friend to me. She said tha why are make as slaves of god, isn't being a slave a bad thing. Im very regretful to say that I just say "Im not that sure". Another question was why must we cover our heads and pray five ties a day? Yes, I know Allah told us to do it. But why? any benefits? I told my friend that personally I feel safe and secure covering up, feel like I'm closer to Allah. Praying always always makes me calm, and soothes my heart. But again I don't have the answers to her question, hope you could help. Syukran! Assalamualaikum!
